Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

– The items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
– Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

– Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return and pictures.

2.Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved by our team, we will provide you with return instructions. Any process made without our approval will not be taken into consideration.

3.Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4.Processing Your Refund or Exchange:

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or any other method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

– Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

– If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

– We will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items and we will decide to offer a replacement or full refund.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    To maintain hygiene, prevent fraud, and ensure the quality of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Evening Dresses That Have Been Worn or Show Signs of Use
– Any dress that has stains, perfume or sweat odors, makeup marks, hair, or any signs of wear cannot be returned.
– Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and protective elements intact.

Dresses That Have Been Altered
– Dresses that have been tailored, shortened, or otherwise modified after purchase are not eligible for return.

Custom or Made-to-Order Dresses
– Any dress that has been custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
– This includes dresses where the fabric, color, or measurements have been adjusted upon request.

Sale, Clearance or Discounted Items
– Dresses purchased at a discounted price, during clearance or during a special promotion will be non-returnable, as stated at the time of purchase.

Accessories Sold with Evening Dresses
– For hygiene reasons, hijabs, scarves, underdresses, belts, and other accessories sold with or without the dress cannot be returned if they have been detached or worn.

Items Returned After the Authorized Period
– Any return request made after the 14-day period will be automatically refused.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

– If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

– Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, but delays may occur depending on your payment method.
